Thank you for shopping with us. 1. All sales are final. No refunds on opened items. 2. Warranty claims must be made within 7 days of purchase with receipt. 3. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Terms of Sale

1. Store Warranty: All devices are covered by a fourteen (14) days limited store warranty, except where otherwise stated. Customers should confirm the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms directly with the manufacturer.

2. Manufacturer & After-Sales Support: All warranty claims for new devices are handled exclusively by the manufacturer's authorised service centres in Nigeria, while all after-sales issues for pre-owned devices are managed by OneStop Phones and Gadgets' After-Sales Unit.

3. Dead / Liquid-Damaged Devices: Devices that are dead, non-functional, physically damaged, or liquid-damaged after purchase are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Power & Charging Disclaimer: Damage arising from the use of substandard, incompatible, or non-certified chargers is not covered under any warranty. Customers are advised to use manufacturer-recommended chargers.

5. Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from physical impact, cracked screens, liquid exposure, negligence, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

6. No Water or Screen Warranty: Water-resistance and screen/display components are not covered under any warranty.

7. Inspection at Point of Sale: Customers must inspect and test devices thoroughly before leaving the store. Claims made after departure may not be entertained.

8. Packaging & Documentation: Original packaging and sales receipt/customer pickup document must be presented for any warranty or exchange consideration.

9. Exchange Policy: Devices returned within one (1) day of purchase for exchange must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. A ₦20,000 restocking fee applies. Devices with broken seals are not eligible for exchange.

10. Immediate Manufacturer Defect: Devices found to have a manufacturer's defect at the point of purchase may be replaced, subject to verification and availability.

11. Fraud & Stolen Devices: Any customer involved in fraudulent transactions or stolen devices shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

12. Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Cash refunds are not offered in line with disclosed store policy and applicable Nigerian consumer law.

Customer Acknowledgement: I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions of Sale and that the device purchased has been inspected and found satisfactory at the point of sale.
